The cost is extremely high for what you get here. The rooms were unclean, poorly kept, and nothing like the photos. The washrooms smelled bad and didn't seem hygienic. Basic amenities were missing or not working, the food was below average for the price, and service was very slow. Staff were careless and unhelpful, and requests were delayed or ignored. Management seemed unconcerned with guest comfort. This was an overpriced, mismanaged stay that didn't justify the premium charge.

Management behaved terribly, and the hotel gives misleading pictures and prices. They also don't accept third-party bookings. I'd suggest avoiding this place.

The rooms smelled bad, and both the bed and linen were poor quality. It seems like the property is meant only for couples booking by the hour. A very bad place.

The room service was great, and the rooms were really nice. I was very happy staying here. The hospitality was better than I think you can expect elsewhere. I'll recommend it to friends who visit. Keep up the same standard.
