There were cockroaches all over the room, and the bathroom flush didn't work. The person at reception was very rude and wouldn't listen to customers. They kept calling before checkout to say our time was over. You can find a good hotel near the beach, skip this one.

We had to wait three hours past the 12 noon check-in time before the room was ready. Service was very slow, and there weren't enough employees. The manager behaved roughly, and there were no fans in the lounge. A complete waste of money. This place doesn't deserve even 1 STAR, it deserves 0 STAR. NEVER COME HERE.

The manager was rude. When we asked for hot water, he said, “jo karna hey karo.” The rooms and washroom were dirty and unhygienic, the AC didn't work, and there was no hot water. The jet spray had no handle and was left on the floor. We had no phone in the room, so had to go downstairs every time we needed something, and still got no help. There were three of us, but they refused an extra pillow and towel. Staff were very rude, wouldn't help with luggage, then came asking for tips. Worst rooms and worst experience. No one should book here.
