Green Hills Resort

For a short outing, Green Hill Resort in Nalasopara works well for families and group picnics. There's greenery and a calm break from the city, with the pool and open lawn as the main attractions, especially for kids. The rooms are basic and fine for a brief stay, though they could be cleaner and better maintained. Food is average with limited choice, but enough for group bookings, and staff are generally helpful. It's budget-friendly and suits one-day picnics, school or parish outings, and small celebrations, but not anyone looking for luxury or premium facilities.

The facilities and service were far below acceptable standards. The pool looked terrible, with extremely dirty water that seemed unusable and unsafe, and the washroom was shabby and unhygienic with no hot water. Food served at night was completely cold; breakfast tasted decent but was cold again. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for help after arriving around 11:15 p.m. The 8 km road from Nalasopara station was in very bad shape, making the journey uncomfortable and exhausting. We left at 11:00 a.m. the next day, cutting our trip short. The stay was not worth the time or money. The resort needs serious improvements to cleanliness, service, food, and maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it unless major changes are made.

My experience at the resort was really bad. The washroom wasn't clean, there was no jackspry and not even a mug in the common washroom. If you want customers, start by cleaning it.

The food was awesome, and the rooms were spacious and clean, though I wouldn't give the rooms any stars. I gave the location full five stars because I felt relaxed once I reached the property and went inside. Getting there was horrible: the road was in very bad shape, waterlogged and full of potholes, so vehicles couldn't go faster than 10 kph. For Jain food, you need to let them know ahead of time.
