The rooms themselves are good, but service and cleanliness let them down. Hygiene isn’t properly maintained, and the staff act like they don’t need the business. Their response and the quality of service were both very disappointing.

I stayed two days and had an awful experience. There was no room service, and even after I asked them to clean, nobody opened the room. When I got back, it smelled. The laundry service wasn’t proper either.

The check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the flexible policies made things convenient. I found the rooms clean and comfortable, with well-kept amenities. Hotel Mahadev Residence is well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

The hotel overall wasn’t good. Management was very poor, and the communication wasn’t handled properly. The AC and TV were both in poor working condition.

The food was yummy and delicious, and Mahadev residency felt like a fabulous place to stay. I found it safe for women staying alone or in a group, and the professional staff behaved well. I’ll definitely visit again.
