For ₹1300, this was a very disappointing stay. The basics were missing: there was no geyser, soap or toiletries, or blanket. Room service was poor and unresponsive. The mirror was dirty, and the room wasn’t kept clean or in good condition. I expected basic amenities and hygiene for the amount charged. This level of service isn’t acceptable. Please look into it seriously or consider lowering the rent for these conditions. The stay was unsatisfactory.
There were mosquitoes in the room, and the service wasn’t good. It felt like a use and throw hotel. The staff also don’t speak nicely. Here, money seems to matter most: if you pay, you get service, otherwise you get no respect.
The problems started before we even arrived. My aunt and I went to arrange four rooms at the end of November, and they said we could book them on December 1. When we returned that day with the advance, they refused to take the booking for five days, saying it would ruin their business. After about 20 minutes of arguing, they finally accepted the advance for all four rooms. Once our family checked in, staff kept banging on the doors to demand money, then came back roughly every 10 minutes through the night. The rooms were disgusting, and the washroom was so cramped that one of our relatives got hurt. They kept asking for payment even then and showed no concern for the injured person. My brother-in-law was in pain, and our four-month-old baby cried all night because of the banging. Nobody in the family slept. They didn't provide water bottles, even though we were willing to pay for them. We had been told the room price was 1500rs, or 1800rs if we wanted an extra bed. But when my brother-in-law went to pay, they insisted on 1800rs even without the extra bed. We ended up moving to another hotel that same night with all our luggage. There were three staff members; one was named Ankush, but I don't remember the other two names. I wouldn't give this hotel a star if I didn't have to.
For this price, it's a very good option.
The room was missing both the TV and AC remotes, and I had to call for every basic thing, including water. Staff took ages to come. We were tired, so I asked them to get the room ready, but they didn't. They also laughed at us and made fun of us in local languages. Don't go here.
