Hotel Yuvraj Palace

We were disappointed with the stay in all six rooms we booked for four days, costing around ₹48,000 altogether. I had already paid ₹10,000 in advance, so when the hotel raised the quoted price from ₹1500 to ₹2000 per room on arrival, I felt stuck. If I hadn't paid beforehand, we would have left. There were problems throughout: the shower and TV didn't work, and the AC was faulty in two rooms. Service was extremely slow, and staff ignored repeated complaints. They added items we hadn't ordered to the bill, and charged above MRP for water and beverages. During midnight power cuts, we even had to wake staff to get the generator started. This was one of my worst stays at Youvraj Palace. The rooms and service were below basic standards, and management seemed not to care after taking payment. I regret ignoring the reviews I had relied on before. I strongly suggest others avoid the hotel; there are better options at this price.
