Hotel O Tulsi Resort

The rooms are poor quality, the toilets are in bad shape, and the food falls short. I wouldn't recommend it.

We paid 1k each, but there was no vegetarian food available at night even though two of us were vegetarian, so we had to order from zomato. The staff were irresponsible and seemed interested only in getting money. Also, there was no water at night, so anyone needing the washroom had to wait until 8 in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this for a night party, especially a team or office outing.

The pool was full of rubbish and had so much chlorine that our whole bodies felt sticky. Inside, the place was dirty and smelled bad, and the toilets were filthy. The bathroom had no lock, and neither the doors nor windows had locks either. Power was unreliable, and the ceiling fan didn't work. They gave us a tower fan that caused static shocks. There was no TV, just a cable connection, so you have to bring your own. The price for a couple is 3,500, and an auto rickshaw from Nalasopara station to the resort costs 300. This was my worst hotel experience, and I wouldn't advise staying here.

The room and swimming pool were very dirty, the washroom was unpleasant and unclean, and the AC didn't work. We paid 1000rs in advance and were told we'd get it back, but that day never came. If you want an unhygienic place and to waste your money, this is it. It's shameful to say it, but it feels like they're begging for money by opening a resort.
