Chef Ranbir’s food made the visit memorable. The dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavor, and you can tell he puts his heart into cooking. I’ve just checked in, and I’m already completely dissatisfied. Even though the hotel called beforehand about check-in, basic things weren’t arranged: no toothpaste, toothbrush, or towels. The shower pressure was very low, and the TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t expect this service from a hotel of this standard, and I’m concerned there may be more problems during the stay.
