It's close enough to walk to the beach, and the non-AC rooms are easy to get since there are plenty at reasonable prices. For an AC room, ask by phone about a better rate. Booking online doesn't seem worth it because the hotel offers more reasonable prices directly. The food was only okay, enough to settle hunger, not especially good. I'd say it's fine for a short stay if you're looking for a reasonable price.

The hotel was closed whenever we tried to reach it, and nobody was there to provide the service we'd booked. How they expect to serve guests like that, I don't know. We couldn't rely on the hotel or its staff, and the whole mess made our Mumbai trip awful. A really bad OYO hotel. I wouldn't give it even one star.

The room we got was in awful shape, and I was shocked when I saw it. Even the guest house staff said the pictures on the OYO website were fake. We didn't call OYO to ask for a different room or hotel because there was nowhere else nearby, so we had to stay there.

I booked Hotel sea view in an emergency at midnight on 1 July 2022 and paid then, booking ID SS934370. When I got there, the hotel was shut and nobody would open it. I haven't received a refund or even a call from customer service. Bad service.

The rooms are small and not clean. If you go in person, they treat you well, but booking through Oyo leaves you with no help. Just an hour before check-in, they suddenly said there was no room for me, told me to contact Oyo, and hung up. I didn't like it at all. Please don't go.
