Weston Holiday Inn

The hot water was never available, even though at check-in they told us it would be available 24 hours. At around 9 pm, when I asked, they refused to turn on the geyser, which had to be switched on to get hot water. I asked again around 5:30 on the morning of May 29, but there still wasn’t any, so I had to wash with cold water in that freezing weather. They charged a lot for poor facilities, overcharged for water bottles, and asked for Rs 100 when we requested an extra blanket. This lodge is a waste of a stay, and they ask money for everything. The drama continued.

The bed smelled bad, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and hygiene seemed to mean nothing here. Even the glass in the room hadn’t been washed after use. When I pointed that out, the staff told me to clean it myself and use it. The staff were rude too. I can’t recommend this place.

Housekeeping was poor, the staff were very rude, and the bedding and blankets were dirty and smelly. They didn’t provide any toilet accessories. For 3k for one room, it was below average. Worst hotel ever, I hated it and would never recommend it.

The rooms weren’t worth the price. We paid 2500, then moved the next day to another room for 1500 that was much better and had a hill view.
