Paradise perfect

We had a pleasant, safe stay for two nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms and washroom were clean, and hot water was available around the clock. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were friendly. I'd happily recommend it and would visit again on our next trip.

We booked through Expedia and confirmed the next day on WhatsApp, but on arrival the staff said they hadn't accepted the online request and refused to give us the room. After we showed the email and screenshot, they offered another room at a higher price than the online rate. Since we were traveling as a family, we didn't have another choice. Very disappointing service.

The rooms were cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. There is no kitchen, which was a major drawback, and breakfast was poor: the upma was uncooked and the tea tasted like brown water. When one of our family members was unwell, our request for steamed rice was refused rudely. It was very cold at night, but they also rudely declined our request for wood for a campfire. Our driver said they spoke arrogantly to him, and the bathroom given to him was very dirty. The bathroom hot water was slow too. We had to wait half an hour to get one bucket.

The kids loved the play area, and we also spent time with the library and board games in the evenings. The bonfire was a lot of fun too. This was my third visit, and staying at paradise with my family is simply the best. Mr. Aadhithya at the travel desk knows the area well. He suggested places we'd never heard of instead of the usual spots. The owner Mr paul and his son run the place with dignity and honesty. The staff and management are polite and warm with guests, families, older people like my grandparents, and children. It's a safe, calm place in Ooty, and I'd bless and thank them for a lovely stay.
