Petals Luxury Homestay

We spent four days and three nights here and had a wonderful stay. The hosts deserve thanks for making it memorable. Housekeeping came daily, and when we mentioned feeling cold, they quickly brought us another heater. Food was delicious and prepared fresh when ordered. The place is conveniently between Coonoor and Ooty, near Ooty. The views are stunning, and it's rare to find another homestay or hotel with a similar panorama. Highly recommended.

We were impressed by the property’s build quality and its location. The spot is so good that, honestly, I don't think you'll find another like it anywhere in the Nilgiris. Our group of friends visited a few days ago, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Service was right on time, and we never had to chase anyone. The food exceeded our expectations for both taste and quality. When my friend's car needed a jump-start, they even provided a spare battery. That thoughtful help saved him at least ₹5,000 in towing or mechanic costs, and even many 5-star hotels might not have done that. A fantastic experience, highly recommended.

The cottage is in a quiet, peaceful area outside the main city, and the location and view were mind-blowing. I had exactly the same experience as A Moiz, though the service definitely needs improvement. It seems they may be short-staffed, and the food choices were very limited, with below-par taste. Whether those issues matter depends on what you're paying for the room. This could be an awesome place if the service improves. Good luck!

Our family group of 12 had a wonderful, relaxing time at Petals Nilgiris. It's quiet and scenic, a nice break from the busy world, and the food was excellent. The property is a little way from Ooty town, which made for a more peaceful holiday. I'd recommend booking the full villa instead of individual rooms. It gives you the space and privacy of a private holiday home. Highly recommended.
