The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was included and good. It's right in the city centre. The drawback is dinner for vegetarians: finding options is hard, and there isn't a nearby vegetarian restaurant or a cafe attached to the olives pleasant.

The service was good, and breakfast was much better than I expected. It felt worth what I paid. I had a nice experience, and the location is in ooty town.

We enjoyed our stay at Olives pleasant stay, in a prime location in ooty. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was good. The lady at reception was friendly and very polite. A really nice place.

From arriving to checking out, everything felt pleasant, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were super friendly, the rooms neat and clean, and breakfast had a homely feel. Just like the name says, it's a really pleasant stay.

The main drawback for us was the bed setup. There were three of us, and one bed wasn't comfortable for the third person, so an extra mattress or sofa bed would help in the same room. Otherwise, the stay was very good. The location in Ooty is prime, with awesome views nearby. Staff were helpful and polite, the room was clean, service was quick, and the complimentary breakfast was good.
