Our group of 15 met at Pali Village for a Friendship Day lunch, and they set aside what felt like a private table for us. The rustic atmosphere made it easy to settle in and catch up. There are also little spots for photos, plus parakeets and rabbits around the place. It seems suited to families and large groups alike. We liked the Cream of Tomato soup, which was smooth, nicely balanced, and topped with cream and crunchy breadcrumbs. The Vegetable Manchow had plenty of vegetables, but it was too spicy and missed the tang and flavor we expected. Fried noodles helped a little, though it still didn’t match the tomato soup. Among the starters, the cheese balls were the standout: molten cheese inside a crisp coating, with no fillers like corn. We thought they might be the best we’d had. The honey chilli potatoes were tasty but far hotter than the medium spice we’d asked for. The tandoori stuffed mushrooms were generously served, smoky, and filled with paneer and vegetables. Peanut chaat was less successful, with an unusual vinegar-like coating. For mains, we shared Malai Kofta, Paneer Butter Masala, and Veg Handi with rotis, naans, and makai roti. The koftas were soft in a rich cashew gravy that wasn’t too sweet. Paneer Butter Masala had soft pieces in creamy orange gravy, and they made it without coriander as requested. Veg Handi had beans, carrots, peas, and cauliflower, all cooked well and flavorful. The breads arrived hot, soft, and well buttered. A few desserts we wanted weren’t available, so we finished with sizzling brownie and vanilla ice cream instead. The warm, soft brownie was rich with chocolate and went nicely with the cold ice cream. A few dishes could be better, but we had a very good lunch thanks to the food, service, and atmosphere.

The small fair area was a fun extra, with shooting games, a trampoline for kids, and a pool table for adults. There’s also a hotel attached for overnight stays, and the pool looked inviting, though we didn’t get to try it. Inside, the restaurant is well designed with lots of seating, peaceful surroundings, and good music that helped us relax. The food was full of flavor, and the staff were quick and attentive. It’s a pleasant spot for a meal and some entertainment, and we’ll visit again. P.S. no cats were intoxicated during our visit 🤣

There are plenty of places to sit, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. They have stay options too, plus carnival-style games like shooting balloons with a rifle and darts, which could be fun with family or friends. The food was good, though there’s room to improve.

The main problem was hygiene and cleanliness, both around the place and at the tables. The birds, rabbit, and fish aquarium are a nice touch, but the food and dish cleanliness were very poor. Chicken in garlic sauce tasted like chicken chilli, the sweet lime soda was just Sprite, chicken handi was awful, and chicken dum biryani was more like pulao. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s live music, and the songs they play are decent. You can also ask them to play a song you like. The service was quick, the food was amazing, and they serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Palli village restaurant is near Mira Road on the Western Express Highway. It’s a family restaurant with different seating arrangements for groups of all sizes. It’s a recent place, with open and indoor parking available. Recommended for a good time with family or friends.
