The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept really well. Breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent. Breakfast was a good start to the day, while dinner had plenty of choices, including made to order pizza and pasta and BBQ grilled items. The team made us feel like special guests from check-in through checkout. A big thank you to Mr. Joshua, Mr. Joydeb, Ms. Sewali, Aditi, Junak, Sunny, and everyone else for their genuine, thoughtful hospitality. On our second night, we mentioned wanting to try panipuri at dinner, and they made it specially for us. That kind of attention made the stay memorable. They also helped us avoid paying an Uber driver INR 200 more than the fare shown in the app. The hotel is only about 850 meters from the airport, and the team flagged down a tuk-tuk for us at a much cheaper price. We really appreciated that. It was a truly pleasant stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel for our first wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be a lovely place for a special occasion. The food was one of the highlights, with excellent taste and quality. Our room was clean, comfortable, and good, so we could relax. The staff were courteous and very helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We’d recommend staying here and would love to come back.

We had a comfortable stay when we came to Hyatt Place for a friend’s wedding in Aurangabad. The food was excellent, and Soumaya and Aritra helped our group throughout the events and kept the buffet service running smoothly. A wonderful hospitality experience and great service.

We went for the full breakfast and dinner buffet throughout our stay, and the team took us on a lovely tour of Southern Indian cuisine. They told us the stories behind the mains, sweets, and drinks, which made everything taste even better. We can be a Human-labrador sometimes, but the people at "Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport" didn’t just put up with us, they made us feel like family. It was genuinely a life-changing trip. Mr. Joshua (Assistant GM), Mr. Joydeb, and the Beautiful Aditi and Sewali deserve a special shoutout. Even when the hotel was incredibly busy, they kept smiling and gave us exceptional service. And to everyone whose names I missed, you’re all rockstars! The rooms were spotless, and the bed was so comfortable it was dangerous. We fell into a deep sleep and woke up feeling brand-new. Total recovery mode achieved. For a place that combines attention to detail with warmth and a welcome like this, it’s a dream. Thank you, Hyatt Place team, for making everything perfect and touching our hearts!

The spa service was impeccable, and Ashutosh was able to get us a last-minute booking, which we really needed. The spa itself was excellent. We’d booked a two-day tour with a cab company, but after the first day went badly, we decided not to go ahead with day two. We’d already paid for day one, yet the company threatened to come to the hotel and demand payment for the second day. It was unnerving. Ashutosh and Raihaan at the front desk reassured us and helped us feel safe. We appreciated them letting the team know about what happened. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport. Thank you for the help and warm hospitality.
