I went to a wedding in the lawn there. The food was delicious and good quality, but service was really slow. They need to get the service out on time. Everything else was great.

The staff were confused and slow, and they brought the wrong order to the table. With the heat, the fans at the tables were poorly managed, which was frustrating. I wouldn’t come here again for good food, service, or a celebration.

The banquet area was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for guests to move around, and parking and entry went smoothly. I attended a wedding reception at Palms Resort and was impressed by how well the event was organized. The décor and lighting looked elegant and made for a lovely celebration setting. Staff were courteous, coordinated, and attentive. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. It’s a great choice for weddings and receptions.

The hotel has a good feel to it, but service was quite slow. I also found the staff rude and not very helpful.

I had one of my worst stays here on a business trip. The room was disappointing from the start: the flush didn’t work, the shower was rusty, and there was a power cut overnight. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional too. We were quoted ₹2688, then charged ₹2800 at checkout, even though the online price showed ₹2134. Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
