I booked online for a solo trip to yercard and stayed one night. The people there were friendly and disciplined, and I was impressed with the service and how safe I felt. The reception lady and watchman were especially kind and trustworthy. The food was great and affordable, and they provide service 24 hours. I’d recommend this hotel to women travelling alone.

Some rooms have a view of yercaud lake. The restaurant was professional and very punctual, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is great, the place is very well maintained, and the rooms are clean and hygienic.

We picked a renovated deluxe room with a balcony facing the lake, since the cottages are very old and the property is being renovated. The room was spacious enough for our family of 2+2, with clean, new interiors and a big geyser. The receptionist Ma'am kindly showed us both the cottage and deluxe options, which made check-in easier. Our stay was good overall, though with the work going on, you may not be able to relax in the shared outdoor areas.

We spent three days here and had a pleasant stay. The rooms and service were good, and the restaurant was neat and clean. The staff were very good, especially Mr. Sathish and Subashini, who were both helpful.

The food wasn’t up to standard and needs improvement. The rooms, though, were clean and affordable for the price. Dhanabakkiyam and Sumitra provided great service, and Sabari Raja helped us a lot.
