They asked for an extra 5% just to issue a bill, which felt unprofessional and unacceptable. A bill is a basic requirement, and there shouldn’t be a fee for providing one. The room rate was already high, and breakfast wasn’t included, so the stay felt overpriced. Pricing wasn’t transparent, and the service didn’t justify the cost. I hope management improves its billing practices and offers guests better value.

The rooms and toilets were clean and well maintained, and there’s parking. The Bus Stand, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. A few things could be better: there’s no lift, which may be difficult for older people, and the restaurant inside GVS Residency was closed for maintenance. Some electric charging ports weren’t working. At this room rate, toothpaste and a brush could have been provided.

The receptionist told us before we booked that there was no lift and no restaurant, which was helpful. Our room was squeaky clean, and the hotel is right in front of a lake. I’d recommend it to people planning a trip to Yercaud. Having a restaurant there would make it better, maybe there’ll be one next time I visit.

We spent two nights here as a family, and the kids enjoyed staying at GVS Hotel. The staff were kind, and I’d recommend it for families. Our quadruple room was spacious, clean, comfortable, affordable, and looked just like the pictures. It’s an easy walk from the Yercaud bus stand and convenient for getting to tourist spots. The restaurant was being renovated, so we couldn’t have breakfast there. Still, we had a 5/5 stay 👍🤩

Mr.Krishna at the front office was polite and professional, and really helpful for people like us who were new to Yercaud. He arranged a cab for us through Mr.Abraham, who was also polite and professional and explained the whereabouts of Yercaud. We enjoyed our two days at Hotel GVS residency and felt very safe.
