I recently booked a suite, but the stay was very disappointing for what they charged. The room itself wasn't in good condition: the fan couldn't be adjusted, there was no AC remote, the bathtub was dirty, water ran very slowly, and the bed wasn't satisfactory. Breakfast choices were very limited compared with other hotels in this price range. The plates were dusty too. I checked several before staff brought clean ones. They should have caught that basic hygiene problem earlier. I'm not satisfied with either the service or the quality, and hope management takes action to improve their standards.

The property and location were good, but for ₹9k for one night in a villa, I can't say it was worth the money. Cleanliness wasn't handled properly: when we checked in, there were used beer cans in the wardrobe, which was unpleasant when staying with parents, family, and kids. The TV connection didn't work at all, or for more than 5 mins at a time. The Wi-Fi disconnected every 5 mins and only worked in the hall, with no signal in the rooms. You can't sit in the hall every time. For eight people, they provided only one water bottle. If we needed more, they would fill water from the RO at reception and bring it in a bottle. Guests can't go outside at night or call housekeeping late at night. These are basic things to expect for the price, and they can definitely be fixed. I'm disappointed with what I paid.

Room service was fair, but I had to follow up every time to get help, including for basic needs in the room. The room was fairly clean, but during my two nights there, housekeeping didn't change the bedsheets. The restaurant service didn't meet basic customer needs, and there was no clear information about which items were available. The campfire and projector for watching a match were good.

I especially liked the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The rooms had beautiful views and were clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was easy to get to the viewpoints, boat house, and other places. A comfortable, memorable stay in Yercaud, and I'd recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I would have appreciated more drinking water.

The location is really nice, and both the room and toilet were clean and well maintained. We also liked the food. Service could improve: we had to call several times for a kettle and bucket, although the extra bed arrived on time. The weather was very cold and misty during our visit, but the power backup worked well and power didn't stay off for long. They also arranged a Republic Day flag hosting, which was really nice, and the sweet they gave us was lovely. It was a very nice stay for us.
