The room was stinky and poorly maintained, and reception was extremely rude. We booked a deluxe room for three guests yesterday, but found just one complimentary water bottle. The receptionist said their “policy” was one bottle per room no matter how many people were staying. When we questioned how unreasonable that was, he answered arrogantly. For guests paying thousands per night, the hotel could spend ₹10 on this basic courtesy. The place is called “Royal Hill,” but the policies and service felt completely third-class, anything but royal. Goibibo should seriously consider delisting it.

The location is the one good point. The rooms are good, but the bathrooms need maintenance, and the desk person doesn't know how to respond to customers. There was nowhere to sit at the entrance, so our whole family, including the elders, had to stand until check-in. They don't justify their rates. There was no morning kit with a toothbrush or toothpaste, no tea kettle in the room, no slippers, and no laundry bag. They charged 30 for a 1 ltr. water bottle, and the tea kettle was dirty (photo attached). You can check in, but I don't recommend it.

I called [Royal Hills Vasai] about booking for a couple of days. The booking portal showed ₹2,000 including taxes, but staff quoted ₹2,500 over the phone. When I asked why the prices differed, they were rude and unhelpful, and wouldn't explain the gap clearly. They also refused to give me basic details like check-in and check-out times, telling me to look everything up online. With that lack of transparency and poor customer service, I'd advise potential guests to double-check everything before booking.
