Sai Comforts

We booked two premium rooms, but one had a broken door lock. In the other, a policeman was staying. We asked the receptionist to have him leave, but they didn’t call him and instead gave us a room on another floor. I wouldn’t book here for professional reasons or if travelling with family. This hotel isn’t suitable for either.

There’s an attached restaurant for daily meals, and the staff are supportive and pleasant. The hotel is reasonably close to the station, making it handy for getting around the city, while also letting you stay away from Mumbai’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and luxurious, with all the facilities you need. Amazing hotel, and very pocket-friendly.

We paid for a Premium room on goibibo but were given a deluxe room, and they didn’t refund the difference. They blamed goibibo, saying the booking was made without checking with the hotel. The room stank, the bathroom lock and commode were broken, the drain was clogged, and there were bugs in the bed and cockroaches in the bathroom. The bedsheet was dirty and we didn’t get a clean blanket. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and the TV didn’t work. My suggestion: don’t go here.

The location was convenient, near the station and right by the highway. The rooms were clean, with moderate facilities, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The person at reception was friendly and supportive too. I didn’t try the restaurant, but the rest was marginally better than expected. Thanks for the good service, keep it up.
