Trying to arrange a collaboration or booking was a really bad experience. Krish was rude and dismissive in the chat, and his communication felt disrespectful and unwelcoming instead of helpful. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this villa to anyone hoping for a pleasant stay.

Krish from the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful over chat, with no manners or professionalism. The service was pathetic, and that interaction completely spoiled my impression of the villa. It definitely doesn’t deserve the rating it has.
