sea royal rooms and cafe

Everything else went as expected, but I’d be cautious about booking their photography and reel options. The reels are okay to a point, but the photographer didn’t take the pictures I expected and often showed up after sunset, so we missed sunset shots. They say they’ll deliver your best photos, but that didn’t really happen. If you’re planning something there, I’d hire a reliable photographer independently instead of using the in-house one.

The location is the only good part. The online photos look nice, but the actual stay was very disappointing. There were no door latches, plumbing problems and water leaks, a damaged basin, and the towels and bedsheets were nowhere near clean. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room and only connected on the balcony. A couple in the neighboring room even had to use another room to bathe. Service was the most frustrating part. Nobody seemed to care about our complaints. I ordered food, waited an hour, and called to remind them. They said it was being prepared. An hour later, when I called again, I was told the kitchen was closed. Plates that had been washed were left outside all night, and in the morning I saw dogs walking on them. Breakfast and tea ordered for 9:00 arrived at 11:30. It’s not worth even Rs. 1000. Don’t go. The good reviews here look copy-pasted, so check carefully.

As a photographer, I found the setup Sea Royal Cafe & Rooms arranged for a proposal during a pre-wedding shoot made my work much smoother. It was beautiful, well designed, and matched the couple’s theme perfectly. Their staff were supportive, quick to respond, and had everything ready on time. Highly recommend them for romantic setups and celebrations.

The sunset really brought the whole anniversary setup together. I’d booked a celebration and asked for a few custom touches, which they agreed to. The theme and decor looked lovely and made me feel cozy and special. Thanks to Hardik for taking care of my requests. 🌸🌷
