The centre table mirror was already cracked, but instead of accepting that, they blamed us and tried to get money from us for it. The photos are fake, the rooms are dirty, the staff are rude, and there are hidden charges. It felt like they were looking for excuses to extract money from guests. Completely dishonest behavior. Avoid this place.

We rented this place for two days during a friend’s wedding, mainly to sleep at night, and barely complained even though it was cheap and in poor shape. The grooming mirror was broken and patched up, the centre table mirror was cracked, and the AC was practically useless. We noticed the table glass was already cracked at check-in and left it alone. It was 12mm thick, and a person weighing 60-70 kg could stand on it, so how would we have broken it while sleeping? At checkout, the hotel staff should check the room before letting guests leave. They let us go without checking, then ran after us downstairs and said the centre table mirror was broken. We felt they were trying to scam us. Please look at other options before staying here or at their other branch, HOTEL SWEET DREAMS. Stay away from this place.

They charge 3500 per day, plus 3.5% for online payment, but don’t even supply a water bottle. The place is useless and unhygienic, and the washroom was very dirty. The rooms aren’t suitable for families. Avoid it.

A nice family hotel near Mira Road station. It’s open 24 hours, and you can check in on the spot. Triple bed rooms are available too.
