Hotel Gopalas Residency

I asked for the room to be decorated for my elder brother’s first night, but they didn't do it. When I complained, they said, “You should have booked directly, sir.” They also advertised a double bed but gave us two single beds pushed together with a bedsheet over them. After I raised that issue, they replied, “Don't you understand this much?” The service was pathetic. I'd tell guests not to book here, and to spend 500-1000 more at another hotel if they want to enjoy their stay.

I went 15km out of my way because I wanted to sit near the Lord Vishnu frame, but the staff's unprofessional behavior ruined it. They said the inner section was closed and refused to seat me there, though I saw other guests being seated inside as I was leaving. When I ordered Andhra Paneer Chilli, the waiter mocked me and rudely said, “Andhra-vandra kuch nahi hai,” blaming a cylinder shortage. It made me feel as if I'd asked for a free meal. I went to The Fern Hotel nearby instead, where I had a much better experience. I won't visit this restaurant again.

I visit often because it's a nice place for veg food. Mantras are chanted all the time, so it feels spiritual, and you can eat calmly and happily. Must visit.

Good food, though it's a little on the expensive side. The water is SUPER EXPENSIVE.
