Mayara Fort Jaisalmer

The family tent was comfortable and luxurious, and the desert view from it was beautiful. The location was serene and peaceful, and the food was amazing with a Rajasthani touch. We came with our 2 year old and were very happy with the service. It's couple and child friendly, and the staff looked out for our safety. The evening performances were another highlight, with guests enjoying and dancing. We were the only couple that day, while the other guests were male groups, but the staff still made us feel comfortable and were always there for our safety. A must recommended spot if you're travelling to jaisalmer.

The staff, including Anish, Fateh & his team, were very cooperative and gave us all the support we needed. We had a nice, comfortable two-day stay at the Mayara Fort hotel. The food was good and the evening event was full. I recommend staying here.

We arrived in the first week of october, at the start of the season, and were the only guests in the camps. Everyone still went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They put on their usual two-hour cultural show just for us, and it was engaging, with songs played on request too. The food was another highlight: fresh, tasty, authentic Rajasthani dishes for dinner and in the morning. When they learned we were celebrating a birthday, they arranged a cake. That was a sweet gesture, especially since we were away from the city and they still brought us a good-quality cake. The camp rooms are spacious, but at any campsite you should be comfortable with the sound of insects at night and maybe spotting a few in the room. The camel ride and jeep safari were great too. Definitely recommended!
