Hotel Blue Lagoons Manjalpur

The manager's aggressive, rude way of speaking was the worst part of this experience. He seemed irritated by ordinary customer questions instead of responding professionally. A hotel manager represents the place, and treatment like this could put people off visiting. I also got different answers every time I contacted the hotel before booking to ask about prices and facilities. The room rates kept changing, and at first I was told breakfast was included, then later told it wasn't. That left me confused and frustrated. Hotels need honest communication and respectful service alongside rooms and facilities. Here, the manager showed little patience or skill in dealing with customers. People deserve clear information and proper guidance, not changing answers and rude behavior. I hope the owner or higher management takes this seriously and looks into it. If nothing changes, they could keep losing potential customers, since first impressions and communication matter.
