The desert-facing location and ambience are lovely, and the evening cultural events, food, and excellent breakfast were good. The jeep safari was a great experience, and they also provided a camel safari, which costs only 50 rupees per person outside. But nearby resorts seemed better for what we paid. We booked two Desert Tent rooms. The rooms looked good, but the bedsheets were stained; when we asked, they were changed right away. The bathrooms were not clean, with urine marks on the toilet seats that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned after previous guests. Our room had no soap, shower gel, or toothbrush, though I learned the other room we booked had those items. It felt like they were only provided to some guests or on request, which isn't good. There had also been an event the day before, and the resort hadn't cleaned the surroundings. The pool was so dirty that nobody would want to go near it. Please make sure bathrooms are properly cleaned before assigning rooms.

We especially enjoyed the cultural evening, with traditional Rajasthani music and dance creating a magical atmosphere in the desert. The food was delicious, with a nice variety and authentic Rajasthani flavors, and the polite staff were always ready to help. Desert Valley Resort sits right in front of the Sam Desert dunes, with breathtaking views. The spacious rooms are beautifully designed and feel luxurious, while the cleanliness and attention to detail made our stay pleasant. A wonderful choice for comfort, culture, and the beauty of the dunes.

Our package covered lunch, dinner, breakfast, and the following day's breakfast, which made our one-night stay convenient and good value. We particularly liked the authentic Rajasthani food. The tent was comfortable and well kept, with AC, Wi-Fi, and hot water, and the clean swimming pool was a nice addition. Evening programs with folk dancing and fire performances were entertaining and gave the stay a local feel. We also booked a camel ride and jeep safari, which made the desert visit more memorable. A very enjoyable stay at Dessert Valley Resort, Jaisalmer.

There was plenty of parking, and we enjoyed the cultural program. They even got everyone up to dance at the end. From the resort you can watch both sunrise and sunset, and camel rides are just opposite. The buffet dinner and breakfast had enough variety, everything was delicious, and the snacks were good too. Beautiful place, nice ambience, and lovely hospitality. A nice experience, and I'd recommend it.

The evening cultural program was a real highlight, with traditional music and folk dancing that brought out Rajasthan's character and made the night lively. We stayed in a clean, spacious, comfortable Pool Villa that was well maintained, with privacy to relax after exploring. Staff were welcoming and made things smooth throughout. The resort felt safe and well managed, and its spot just across the road from Sam Sand Dunes made getting into the desert easy. We had a wonderful stay at Desert Valley Resort and would love to return.
