I had a very poor experience with the service. They demanded extra money even though I’d paid the full amount online, and there was no water in the bathroom. The staff were extremely rude, especially the owner. I’ve never seen worse staff. I’d never book this hotel.

We booked online, then arrived at reception and were met by a very rude guy asking how much we were paying online. The sheets and bathroom were filthy, and the hotel’s environment made us feel scared. There was no sealed water bottle or soap provided. This felt like a place for one hour bookings, not an overnight or family stay. This is a genuine review, and I wouldn’t trust the ratings posted by staff or friends. They’re fake.

I booked through OYO for Rs.400/- after discount, but when I arrived, the staff said they don’t accept bookings at such a cheap price and demanded extra money. They don’t treat OYO customers properly. The staff were uncivilized and very rude, and it didn’t feel safe for families.

After I arrived with a MakeMyTrip booking, the hotel asked for more money and didn’t give me a bill for it. The room was dirty and not sanitized, and there was no warm water for a bath. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
