Hotel O by OYO Ace

I booked through agoda and paid online, but at reception I was told they wouldn’t give me the room at the price I’d paid. A few minutes later, the receptionist wanted another 1000 rupees, which I refused based on what I’d already experienced. When I tried calling customer care, since the booking had no cancellation policy, the manager told me to go outside and complain because there were charges for standing inside. While I was wondering if he was acting this way because another customer was coming, a couple checking out asked why their AC hadn’t worked all night. The manager said they couldn’t run it the whole night and that it was only meant to be used for 1-2 hours during the day. Don’t trust the fake reviews here unless you’re ready for a bad time. This is a D grade hotel, and I’d avoid it. The choice is yours.

They care about getting paid even when a guest is sick or dealing with an emergency. You have to push them just to get water bottles, an AC remote, or a towel. The way they treat guests is awful.

Getting there is easy, the place is hygienic, and the staff are cooperative and well behaved. The food was great too 😋😋. Awesome hotel to visit. Hotel sky, you made my day.

Check-in was easy, the linen was clean, and the staff were really humble. Great hygiene and hospitality, and it felt totally worth it. A lovely stay, I’ll definitely visit again. Thanks, team Sky.
