The rooms weren't cleaned, and in most of them the bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff behavior was poor, so I wouldn't choose this for family or official travel. After taking an advance booking payment, they didn't respond once the room was booked. There was a telephone in each room, but none of the lines worked. They gave me a staff member's number, and that person didn't answer either. Of all my visits to Rohtak, this was the worst experience I've had.
The rooms are very good and clean, with a small freeze in the room, and parking is available. The staff are well mannered and supportive. Booking through OYO, MakeMyTrip or Goibibo gets you a lower price.
The location is nice, and the spacious rooms and clean bathrooms are a plus. Staff are good and well behaved. The bedsheets and blanket could use improvement, though the rest was fine.
You get good value for the room without spending too much, and the hotel is close to Rohtak's popular D-park market. I had a nice experience, with staff who were supportive and helpful whenever a customer needed something.
The room key wasn't available, and they told us to leave the room unlocked. That was irresponsible. Cleanliness was poor, the TV didn't work properly, and neither did the fan. We asked for tea with less sugar and ginger, but the tea was pathetic and cost 20/-. Not worth it at all. Better to stay at a 500/- hotel. A very bad experience.
