The calm atmosphere and friendly, professional staff made this a pleasant place to stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape. The facilities were very good, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the area. 👍👍👍👍👍

The meals were the biggest problem for us. We had paid for food and breakfast when booking, but the food was poor, and both my son and I got food poisoning after eating there. At dinner, there were three of us, my wife, my 6-year-old son, and me, but the restaurant sent only two thalis and told us to “adjust in two first, then we will send more after you finish.” That was really uncomfortable for a family. Even though we had prepaid, they would not bring food to the room and insisted we come down. For breakfast, after our bad experience in the restaurant, I asked for tea and a simple breakfast in the room. They argued that they could send only two teas because “you are two members,” and I had to keep explaining that there were three of us, including a child. Staff also said room orders could only be delivered once, not twice, which was a strange and inconvenient rule. The front desk staff, especially the night duty staff, were rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked for two water bottles and said I would pay, the staff member replied, “6 number pe call karo, mujhe nahi.” Nobody answered when I called extension 6, so I had to call that same person again, hesitantly, just to get basic drinking water. For a room costing around ₹5,500 a night, they provide only two half-litre mineral water bottles for three people, and charge for every additional bottle. That felt unreasonable for the price. I had clearly checked with the hotel before booking that late checkout would be okay, and they said it would be. On checkout day, a staff member called to ask when I was leaving, then said late checkout would cost extra when I reminded her of our earlier conversation. The staff repeatedly made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. For almost ₹5,500 a night, it felt like a zero-star lodge with very poor hospitality. I rarely write reviews, but this stay made me want to warn other travelers. If you’re visiting Bhilwara, I’d strongly suggest considering another hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money or risk their health here.

The cozy, lively atmosphere made the meal feel special, and the service was attentive without hovering. Every dish had nicely balanced flavors. A real delight from beginning to end, and worth a visit!
