Hotel The Qubice Kolhapur

Breakfast had a good range of fresh, tasty choices, and everything from check-in to check-out ran smoothly. The staff were professional, polite, and ready to help. Our room was spacious, well designed, comfortable, and genuinely premium. The property was clean throughout, too. A wonderful stay. I'd happily recommend the hotel and choose it again.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the property itself was excellent, and the buffet had a nice variety of good food. But the reception staff were rude, and it seemed they judged guests by how they were dressed. After driving from Bangalore to Kolhapur for 11 hours, starting at 5:00 am and arriving at 4:00 pm, I was exhausted and dressed simply. The receptionist took my ID, explained the restaurant, rooftop restaurant, breakfast area and hours, and checkout time, then handed me the key and expected me to find the room myself. Nobody offered to help with my luggage or take me there. I carried it to the lift and had to find the room on the 2nd floor, then work out the digital switches and put the door mat outside the bathroom myself. So if you're visiting, maybe wear your best clothes, Shaadi kaa blazer suit hee pehle lo 😂. Otherwise you might get judged and treated poorly. And if you want a cup of tea in your room, be ready to pay ₹127+gst for one cup of "masala" tea 😎

I stayed three days and found the rooms very clean and good value for the price. Reception staff were helpful, room service was excellent, and the location is convenient for the bus stand, railway station, malls, and other facilities. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, as were the in-room items like washroom supplies, water, and fruit. The restaurant food was tasty too. Special thanks to Mr. Praveen Singh, trainee captain, for looking after the restaurant guests so well.

Mr. Praveen went out of his way to serve us and suggested the buffet from food festival. He treated me like a family member, and his care showed what good hospitality means. Thank you, Mr. Praveen, for making our trip memorable. May god bless you with lots of success. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spotless and comfortable, and the balcony views were amazing. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. Can't wait to come back!
