Hotel JS Regency

I stayed here on 22/6/24 and 23/06/24, and it was the worst hotel I have visited. It's far from the city, and although breakfast was promised as complimentary, they didn't provide it, giving lame excuses. The service was practically nonexistent. The second-floor premises were very dirty, the rooms weren't clean, and food left by guests sat in the lobby for two days until it smelled badly. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty too. Management just kept saying sorry. My T-shirt was taken by a staff member, wrapped in a mattress, and I only got it back after a lot of effort. I feel the staff members are thieves. Please don't waste your money or time here, and I wish booking apps wouldn't list such a third-class hotel with third-class staff and management.

The food was the weak point for us. We tried the biryani, but it looked like clumped poha and tasted like neither one. For a stay, though, it was good: the rooms and bathrooms were clean and maintained well, with a three-star feel. Staff were cooperative and service speed was decent. From outside the hotel looks shabby, and it's on a petrol pump property.

The rooms were very nice, and the property was well maintained with facilities up to the mark. It's an amazing place with a first-class level of service, helpful staff, and very good food. The amenities were nice throughout, and the accommodation was excellent. Owned by Shree Jaswant Singh Inda – PCC member and Vice President - District Congress Committee Jodhpur Rural Rajasthan, who lives in the palace next to the hotel. Mr. Rajendra Singh Inda (Executive Director) and Mr. Pankaj Rajpurohit (New Incharge) were both very helpful.

An electrical supply issue damaged the charging port on my laptop, and now I'm having trouble because of it. I hope the hotel team will deal with the grounding issue promptly so the supply works smoothly. Thank you for looking into this.
