Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bhiwadi

I checked in at 9.30 pm on 24/11/2025, Room No.205. The bedsheet had food stains, and there were hairs from previous guests on the mattress sheets and pillow covers, which didn’t look changed. The toilet seat had pan stains, and the toilet bowl wasn’t clean either. I was given just one towel, with no smaller one to dry my feet after a bath. Housekeeping moved me to Room No.314, but that toilet was dirty too. At 10.25 pm, housekeeping was cleaning it.

We were three people, but no extra bed had been arranged ahead of time. The room was extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been used often or even given a basic clean. There were no towels, glasses, or cups. At check-in they said they would pack breakfast because it starts at 7, but when we checked out, nothing had been packed. They said staff weren’t available. We left at 6:40 am. Management needs to handle things better and improve the service. This isn’t what I’d expect from Radisson.

We had to carry our own luggage, with no help, and the sewer water on the road outside was unpleasant. Staff were lacking, and room service was poor. The reception and lobby common areas also had poor hygiene. I asked for a towel and hair dryer before bathing, but even after several reminders neither was brought. This kind of management isn’t what I expected from Country Inn.

The breakfast was poor, with very few options and low-quality food, and room service didn’t respond even after I waited more than 30 minutes. The room was badly maintained, with washroom stains and low cleanliness overall. The online photos are completely misleading and don’t reflect the property as it is. A very disappointing stay, and not worth the money. If I could, I’d give it zero stars. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
