Ridgewood Palace By OYO Rooms

My online booking wasn’t accepted even though I’d already paid, so I had to leave without a room.

Nice stay, and the hotel is a good place for functions.

The outside looks good, but the rooms and the rest of the hotel disappointed me, and I regretted spending my money here. The biggest problem was the water: it ran yellow and smelled. I’m concerned it could be bad for your health and damage your hair. There’s no zero-star option, or that’s what I’d give. I wouldn’t recommend booking here, though the exterior looks nice 😀.

This is an honest review. The staff were rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers politely. When I asked to have the dirty blanket changed, they insisted it was clean and acted as if there was no problem. The bedsheet and blanket had already been used, the pillowcases were dirty, and the washroom wasn’t hygienic. The sink was okay, but the toilet seat was dirty, with insects in the water. They also wanted an extra fee for checking in before noon.
