Dazzle Villa Resort

The breakfast was included, but there wasn't much variety and the food tasted awful. Dinner was poor in both quality and taste, yet cost a lot, so it felt like a waste of money. We were glad we'd booked the whole villa, but the rooms were full of mold and had no ventilation. Opening a door or window wasn't really possible because monkeys and dogs could get in, leaving us cooped up inside. This was the worst experience I've had at any place in Kerala. Not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend visiting unless you have no other options.

We booked both a jacuzzi villa and a private pool villa, and had a great experience in each. They were very neat and well maintained. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a balcony looking over the green mountainside. Housekeeping kept everything pristine, and the gardens, facilities, and views across the property were lovely. From arrival, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave great service. A heartfelt thank you to the staff ☺️

The good parts were the kind, helpful staff and very good service. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, and the barbecue and campfire were enjoyable. Still, the rooms and 1BHK villa were in poor physical condition. There was a broken bathroom latch, things weren't clean, and there was a bad smell, which really took away from comfort.

We arrived around midnight and, as two couples, had no real choice but to stay. The room we got didn't match the booking photos. In Villa 14, a two-bedroom unit, both bedsheets were torn, the pillow covers and blankets were unclean, and there was visible hair on the bath towels. Basic amenities were missing too. I wouldn't recommend this resort for families or couples. It might suit bachelors who aren't concerned about hygiene, but for us it wasn't worth the money.
