Capital O 78965 Hotel Arch Manor Dlx

Rats and cockroaches are everywhere. The room was so unhygienic and the people so cheap, I just wanted to run away and bathe somewhere else. Worst experience of my life. Just don’t ever go there, I don’t know how such dirty hotels keep running. 🤮🤢

Be careful with the tariff here. I was quoted one price, then faced a strange, unjustified increase at checkout, and the final bill was much higher than what we’d agreed. The receptionist gave vague excuses, and I believe this was scamming behavior. There were other questionable charges and maneuvers too, suggesting an effort to fleece guests. The dishonesty and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Get every charge and the final tariff confirmed in writing before paying. Management should investigate the front office staff. Stay at your own risk.

I can’t give zero stars. The service was very bad overall. They didn’t provide any breakfast or dinner, but still charged for them.

The bed felt like concrete, and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine. The room was dingy, nothing like the online photos, and the staff weren’t helpful. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
