FabHotel Shubh Shaleen Springs

I'm writing to warn anyone thinking of holding a wedding or event at this place. Guest areas have the appearance of a 4.5-star hotel, but based on what I saw during a recent visit, the kitchen and catering practices behind the scenes were alarming and could put public health at risk. I watched staff pour juice into large serving containers that still had dirty water from a previous wash in them. When I asked about it, I got no response, and nobody dried or sanitized the containers before filling them with drinks for guests. Plates, spoons, and coffee and tea cups were only quickly rinsed with plain water, with no soap or detergent. That means utensils someone just used could be served to another person without a proper wash, creating a cross-contamination risk. In the section where sweets were being prepared, ingredients were handled and cut right on the floor. Staff wore no gloves, hairnets, or other hygienic gear, and basic cleanliness was missing. The food prep area was very unclean, and even sealed, packed ingredients were stored in an unclean environment. The juice containers looked as if they had never been scrubbed inside. Most wedding guests won't notice these things while celebrating, but the risk of severe food poisoning seems very real. For the sake of your family and friends, insist on a full kitchen inspection before booking this resort. A nice-looking garden isn't worth a medical emergency.

The chowmein had that same stale-oil taste, and the crispy noodles smelled of old oil too. The hare-bhare kabab came with peanuts that tasted spoiled and extremely bitter, and its chutney was spoiled as well. When I told the server, he insisted that was how it was supposed to taste, wouldn't acknowledge the mistake, and was rude about it. The food and service were horrible today. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The room was clean, luxurious, and had a good atmosphere, and the seating area was tidy with lovely decorations. The food was good too. This was my first visit, and I had a good experience. It's in Patel Nagar.

The staff were really friendly and polite, and the food at the anniversary function I attended was very good. I had a great experience at this hotel. Thank you for giving me one of the best experiences I've had.
