The rooms smelled foul and were very dirty, with bad blankets. The staff were arrogant and not supportive, and the food quality was the worst. They also don’t allow guests to order food from outside. I’d never recommend it. Worst experience I’ve had.

The staff are non cooperative, and they hide the hotel policies. They quote unjustified charges too. In the morning they said checkout was at 11 pm, then later said checkout was every 24 hours and I’d have to pay for the full day. Ridiculous behavior.

It’s a value deal if you’re looking for a low budget stay. The hotel lacks some amenities, but the room sizes are decent for the money. I’d prefer to stay here again.

Neat, clean rooms and good service at a genuine price. Good place.

A reasonable place to stay in the New Market Area. There’s no lift, so avoid it if you’re with an older person. Otherwise, it’s good for a stay.
