Hotel Drishti, Bhopal

They used old, withered flowers, and the ceremony accessories were broken and in terrible shape. The whole setup looked worn and poorly managed. The decorator barely communicated, answered the phone only once, and seemed more focused on sending random decoration photos on WhatsApp than understanding our needs. Even after I explained everything in detail, he got it completely wrong. The service was awful too. We had to keep chasing them, they didn't answer calls or properly discuss what we needed for the event or ceremony, and they kept saying they'd handle it before ignoring us. If you want your function ruined and your money wasted, book here. Otherwise, stay far away.

I booked this hotel for a party and was very disappointed. The decoration was messy, poorly arranged, and extremely unprofessional. It didn't look anything like what was promised when we booked, and it spoiled the feel of the event. I expected better planning, service, and attention to detail.

For the price, the rooms were better than expected and good value. The place is on a main road, with food shops, general stores, and 24-hour medical needs all within walking distance.

The staff at Drishti Inn were very welcoming and cooperative, and they kept everything properly maintained for my engagement. They helped make it perfect. The food was good too. Thank you!
