They charged around ₹1700 despite the poor service and missing basics, which felt completely unreasonable. The staff weren’t helpful or concerned about our complaints, and the hotel did not offer value for money or even basic comfort and cleanliness. There was no water in the washroom when we arrived, which was especially inconvenient after a long journey. The room was dusty, untidy, and clearly not cleaned or maintained before we got it. There was no doormat, basic toiletries were missing, and the TV didn’t work at all. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I’d suggest looking for a better option nearby.

The rooms were in such bad shape they felt like a dharmshala, and the AC didn’t work. I booked through fab site, and they were unprofessional too. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. I can say, never book fab hotel.

It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I’d avoid this place if you don’t want your trip ruined. Hotel Midland, Bhopal is highly overpriced and not worth the money. The rooms stink, bathrooms are very dirty, the food is terrible, and the place feels unsafe. Service is pathetic, and the staff are extremely rude, with no manners or respect for guests. The owner really needs to train the staff. They lack basic customer service skills and proper behavior, and show no sense of hospitality. Right now, they act like bodies without brains.

The location was a wow for me, especially if you’re staying for an exam. There’s a restaurant, a photocopy shop, three medical shops, an SBI ATM, the main road, and an auto stand just 15 steps away. The food menu was very cheap, and the quality was awesome. Fresh food was delivered in about 20 minutes, and room service was quick. I loved the service and would stay here again. The rooms have a bed, sofa, chair, table, drawer cupboard, TV, and AC, and some also have a fridge, all at such a low cost. Bathrooms are different from room to room and a bit old, but they’re good and hygienic to use. Don’t go by the negative reviews, I just love this beautiful place.
