Hotel Redvibe-A Unit of RVS Groups

Everything else was okay for a budget hotel at this price, and the rooms were clean. The staff were courteous, and Parul took care of my concerns patiently and politely. I’d like management to consider replacing the spring mattresses with ortho or memory foam. I don’t like spring mattresses, and a change would improve sleep quality.

Parul at the front desk made check-in smooth. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at RED VIBE Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed to relax.

Red Vibe Hotel was a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The first room had no ventilation, not even in the bathroom. When I asked to switch, they moved me to a much smaller, cramped room, with no discount for the reduced size. The toilet flush was broken too. The rooms are overpriced and poorly maintained, definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

The rooms were unhygienic, with very dirty bed sheets and blankets, and the wifi wasn’t working at all. Service was very slow, and the staff were unprofessional. They don’t know how to behave or speak to customers.
