OYO 46252 Hotel Yuvan

The location is nice, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. I hope this is taken as a suggestion to improve, since fixing the room issues would make future stays better. I checked almost all the rooms, and none seemed well maintained. There was a musty smell; the taps and flush handle were broken, and the bucket and mug were dirty, so I used the shower instead of bathing. The bedsheet, pillow covers and blanket were dirty too, but staff changed them when I asked. I also didn't get a basic water bottle.

The owner was the only good person I encountered, but he wasn't available all the time. The rest of the staff struck me as disgusting, and the basic amenities were very low quality. Check-in was terrible. The receptionist was arrogant and behaved badly, asked for extra money, and pressured me to cancel my online booking. If you don't pay him extra, he gives you a room without an air conditioner, with poor cleaning and no support. There is no power backup either.

I was exhausted and felt I had no choice but to stay, even though the place was dirty and uncomfortable. Two years ago, everything was fine when I came here, so today's visit left me completely disappointed. I never expected this kind of experience from an Oyo property.

They gave me a different room, and it was unclean, with cockroaches in the bed. I left after just an hour. There was no TV in the room and no water in the washroom. It was terrible and a complete waste of money.
