The Hubstreet Hotel was a comfortable place to stay, and I was glad I found it after two rough experiences elsewhere. The staff here were welcoming and respectful from the start, and they were fine with my friend visiting, which put me at ease. My room was spacious and very clean, with fresh white sheets and pillows that were comfortable. I also appreciated the water boiler and tea and coffee sachets when I was tired and wanted a quick cup. Before that, I had come from Mumbai to meet a friend and first stayed at FAB Hotel Orange. The room was tiny, the pillows and sheets were filthy, and there was no hot water in the freezing weather. Staff didn't help despite several calls, so I checked out right away. I then tried Hotel Tulsi Casa. The room was decent, but the staff treated my visiting friend rudely and wouldn't let her into my room, making unfair assumptions when we only wanted to sit and talk. It felt insulting and uncomfortable. At The Hubstreet Hotel, the team stayed helpful, friendly, and accommodating during my stay. I'd happily come back soon.

Shivani ji and Makhan ji (chef) made us delicious, homely meals with a good range of choices each day. Shivani ji and the rest of the team served us so warmly. The staff were gracious, the housekeeping team was quick to respond, and we felt comfortable in the hotel. A big thank you for a lovely stay!

Breakfast was sparse, with only one or two basic items and no live cooking stations. I also couldn't get cold water. When I asked for a cold drink at night, staff said they hadn't stocked any because it was winter, even though it was 37°C outside. The service was very unsatisfactory. The room was larger than it looked in the online photos, but that was about the only positive. The property feels dated and poorly maintained, and the room cleanliness wasn't up to standard. It needs substantial renovation and better housekeeping. I uploaded photos of its actual condition and wouldn't recommend staying until maintenance and basic guest services improve.

We celebrated our baby's first birthday at Hubstreet Hotel, Nagar, Bhopal, and the day felt beautiful and stress-free. The food was delicious, service excellent, and everything was managed very well. A comfortable hotel for a longer stay, with respectful and considerate staff. Room service was exceptional. Mr. Ashish and Mr. Raja from the F&B team were especially polite and helpful. I had a good experience overall.
