I spent two days here, and basic things weren't working: the TV was out, and the bathroom taps didn't work properly. When I raised it with the owner, he said, “You paid the money, so what can we do? This is how it is here.” Getting even lukewarm water through room service could take 1-2 hours, yet they still expect full payment. The service is very bad. Don't come here, not even by mistake.

Dirty room and dirty washroom. Housekeeping behaved terribly, and the staff were very, very bad. A third-class hotel.

The rooftop is fabulous, with views of the city and metro, and the food was delicious enough to make me want to revisit. The rooms are spacious and hygienic, and felt like good value for money. Hotel The Bentree sits in Bhopal's main business hub, in a very central spot near Rani Kamlapati Railway station.
