The service is good, though it can take a little longer. The rooms are modest and have A/C.

Really bad experience. You can hear everything from the next room, which is so annoying and leaves you with no privacy.

If you’re in Kolkata for US visa processing, this is a great place to stay. It’s a five-minute walk to the consulate and 15 minutes to the biometric center. The location is good, the rooms are tidy, and the AC is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s decent vegetarian food at reasonable prices in the hotel, but give them 45 minutes to an hour’s notice for food service. Portions are a little small, though the prices are fair. I’d definitely recommend it and book again.

The hot water tap was broken, and even after I reminded them multiple times, management wouldn’t fix it or address the room issue. A pathetic management team.

We stayed with friends during the Pujas, and the hotel made the trip better. The location is fantastic, the service was great and always with a smile, and the rooms were very good. Maintenance could use some attention, though. The TV flickered at times, the flask wasn’t very clean, and the bathrooms could be better looked after. Parking may be a problem, so talk to them if you need it.
