Hotel Green Leaf by Stays Easy

It was a lovely stay for a reasonable price. The location works well for people coming from South Kolkata too.

There were bed bugs all over the bed, so getting any sleep at night was impossible. There was no service to speak of. Worst hotel I've visited, avoid it.

The bathroom was filthy and unhygienic because its floor slopes the wrong way, leaving dirty water pooled instead of draining. Tap water also wasn't reliably available, and we had to call the staff again to get it supplied. In the corridors, staff were so loud that we had to ask them to keep things quiet. They also refused to serve breakfast for three days, saying it was because I'd booked through Agoda at a discount. This was an extremely terrible hotel. I don't know why Agoda lists it.

Our sheets and towels were dirty, torn, and marked with cigarette burns, and the rooms smelled awful. Since our flight was delayed, we arrived well after check-in time. We'd told the hotel in advance, but even after getting there around 5 pm, we waited until 7:30 p.m. for a room. They charged more than the price listed on oyo and took payment before letting us see the room. A terrible experience from start to finish.
