We spent five nights here and had a mesmerizing time. We’ve tried a number of four- and five-star places, but the service here was the best we’ve had. The staff were polite and helpful, and traveling with our three- and five-year-olds was easy. Whenever the kids were hungry, the hotel gave them hot milk and rice at no charge. The pool, breakfast, rooms, and property were all well maintained. Thanks, Acron, for making our holiday special.

We especially enjoyed the meals. Breakfast and dinner both offered plenty of choices, with good variety and quality. The staff were attentive and courteous throughout, and the hotel’s atmosphere and hospitality were lovely. Its convenient location made it easy to explore nearby places. A comfortable stay, and I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The breakfast was decent, with okay food, but nothing special. Parking is available for about 8-10 cars. Beyond that, my three-night stay for a get-together was awful, the worst property I can remember staying in. The room and decor were run-down. Water barely came from the sink, shower, or faucet, and I could hear noise from the neighboring room. I slept badly; the mattress and pillow covers were stained and dirty. Room service was poor, and even after I told housekeeping, they didn’t leave fresh napkins or towels. When two of us shared a room, reception refused to provide a second key, rudely. I’ve never had that kind of response before. I’d call this a one-star hotel, suitable for people with very low expectations, not anyone seeking luxury. I called the front desk twice for Mr. Ambrish and asked to speak with the duty manager, but the message never reached you. Why not? I’ve visited more than 36 countries and am a member of ITC, TAJ, HYATT, MARRIOTT, LEELA, etc. If something concerns me at a hotel, I call reception straight away. Does it really take three days to get back to us? You mentioned that your international guests may like the service level. Maybe they do, but does that change the reality? Can it? 😡

For the price, this stay was a disappointment. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the service was extremely poor. Food service shuts down completely at 10:30 pm, which is a ridiculous policy. After that, room service was the worst I’ve experienced: slow, unresponsive, and careless. In Goa, where people come to relax, management should teach staff basic hospitality and manners. I wouldn’t choose this place for a peaceful holiday.
