I had the worst experience of my life here. There were 4-5 dustbins sitting right outside the room, and people kept knocking on the door for no clear reason. The room itself was pathetic, with cockroaches around and linens that looked like they’d been used many times without being cleaned. They rent rooms by the hour, too. I wouldn’t consider staying here even at ₹500 a day.

The receptionist was a rude, disrespectful lady. They didn’t provide toiletries or even complimentary water, and there wasn’t free Wi-Fi either. A very bad stay, and my last one at this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel earlier this month. The woman at reception was offensive and rude, shouting and behaving badly the whole time. The staff and service were awful. Please check things out before staying here.

On checkout morning I asked for a water bottle at the billing counter at 8:30, but it never reached my room before I left at 11:30. There’s no room service, and once you’re in the room you’re on your own. The list of missing basics is long: no hot water, fresh towels, room phone, lift, Wi-Fi, soap or shampoo, TV, or AC remote. They do at least have AC. The bed has about 6-inch foam, if that suits you. This was a scary stay, and the second-worst OYO I’ve ever seen.

The room smelled awful, and the cockroaches made the hotel feel like it was in terrible condition.
